Equator Coffees Jaguar Espresso Dark Roast (whole bean) ~17 grams

Well the plan was to do a medium roast today. My home clearly has none. I guess it's time for a coffee run. Today's espresso bunch better than yesterday's. It's not bitter at all. I didn't pay much attention to extraction time. It's not my favorite coffee. Oh clean puck today.

Cafe Bustelo Dark Roast (pre-ground) ~18g

My first try went ok. The espresso was drinkable, slightly bitter. Puck was too wet. 

Tomorrow I will try less coffee. 

I have had worse espresso. I'm not discouraged.
