Lakefront Brewery Recap

Well I always like going on the Lakefront Tour. It was fun like always. The sad part was that we didn't get to have the fish fry. By the time our tour was over they had stopped taking orders. Great huh.

Anyway I was the bung queen for the 8:00pm tour. It seems that no one remembers what that is but near the end of the tour. Someone is selected given and bung (something to hammer into a barrel) then you have to lead the group in the Laverne and Shirley theme song and flip a switch that starts a conveyor belt thing that makes beer come to you.

Anyway I would mind going again soon. Who's in??

This Weekend:Lakefront Brewery Tour

I am excited for Friday's brewery tour. Its been a while since I've been and I want to try the cherry beer that they have. Hopefully they will have it at the bar.

I don't know what's in store for the rest of the weekend. Maybe catching up on the tivo. It will be busy tonight.

Anybody have any fun time plans for the weekend?

Well how did you spend your Labor Day weekend??

Well I went to Ikea on Sunday. Then I put together my chair and the dresser that I bought I am going to say June 13th. I know but its together and in my bedroom. Awaiting fresh laundry to be put in there. I think it may be time for me to throw away some clothes again.

So there are a few more things that I would like to purchase:

• a black 5-shelf bookcase


• some sort of table for my sewing machine


• folding table w/ chairs in case I never live in a place that has room for a dining table

Too busy to finish this but take this.

What to do

I am going to keep telling myself that i ma going to blog more until it actually happen.

So I got my remaining (2) wisdom teeth pulled Friday. I don't remembered what happened the last time I had an impacted wisdom tooth pulled because I slept through it. Yes with only local anesthesia. The weekend was something, I was in pain for most of it. I think the dentist tried to break my jaw. I still can't open my mouth fully. Which makes eating hard.

So I went out and bought SingStar 90s this weekend and sang a couple of songs. I know people are a fan of the 80s edition but I know this one is fun and I know a lot of the songs.

I think it is time for me to do a music moment once again on my blog. So that's what the next post will be about. Watch for it.

Oh Diddy (or whatever he is calling himself these days) has a new reality show starting today. Where people compete to be his assistant. I think I will watch just to see what his old assistants have to say.

Weekend of rain and some fun

I should start at Friday. When I got home I took a nap. Very well deserved and restful. I got a phone call asking if I wanted to go out and it was Friday so I said yes. We started off by going to the Yield (a place I didn't mind) but the person I went with didn't want to stay. So we ended up going to a place I hadn't been in a long time, the Landmark, it was a good time. Played a little pool drank a little fun. Anyway before we left we decided that we would go to brunch the nest day. So on Saturday we went to Trocadero. I had a few Bloody Marys and a breakfast bagel sandwich. Good. I am pretty sure that they forgot about our order since people who sat after us got their food first. Not a big deal. Then we went to the Art Museum. Looked around in there for a while. It is easy to get trapped in there after walking around you don't always remember if you rode an elevator. Anyway I have spent today watching tv.
